The questions serious agency principals ask before they commit.

BaseBoost is white-label conversion infrastructure for agencies. We rebuild the customer-facing foundation — Levels 0 through 3 — beneath the performance work agencies are already delivering. The output is a scored diagnostic, a complete message and structure blueprint, and optionally a working front-end prototype. All delivered as a white-label package your agency presents as its own strategic depth.
Not a marketing agency. Not a website development firm. Not an SEO provider. Not a client-facing consultancy. Not an ongoing retainer service. Not a replacement for your strategy team, account managers, or front-end developers. We build the foundation. We deliver the package. We exit. Everything else is yours.
Agencies only. Specifically, agencies at Level 4 and above — responsible for traffic, visibility, paid media, SEO, outbound, referrals, or broader client growth performance. If you work directly with end clients and don't operate inside an agency model, this is not the right fit. We don't work with end clients under any circumstances.
Because the gap we fill only exists in the agency model. An agency is pouring performance work — traffic, impressions, ad spend — onto a client foundation that was never built to convert at the same level. The agency is in the right position to fix that gap and present the solution as their own strategic depth. Direct-to-client CRO firms already exist. They charge six figures and take six months. That's a different product for a different buyer.
Structural Audit — $595. The 20-point scored diagnostic. Includes overall score, letter grade, section scores, line-item findings with priority flags, and agency-ready language for the client conversation. Delivered as a premium white-label document.
Copy Architecture — $2,295. The complete strategic blueprint. Includes everything in the Structural Audit plus positioning reset, full message architecture, homepage blueprint, page maps, trust and proof system, conversion pathway, draft copy system, implementation notes, and design psychology advisory. The $595 audit fee is credited in full when ordered for the same client.
Prototype Presentation Build Add-On — $1,995. Available exclusively with Copy Architecture. The approved blueprint is translated into a responsive HTML/CSS prototype — copy placed, hierarchy wired, CTA flow implemented, ready to present or hand off. Not sold separately.
Because the framework is pre-built. A CRO firm spending 6–12 weeks on a $15,000–$40,000 engagement is building the diagnostic model, the message architecture system, and the scoring structure from scratch for each client. That framework construction is where most of the cost and time lives. BaseBoost has already built those systems. We apply them to your client's specific variables. The compression is real. The quality doesn't change. The timeline does.
Yes. Completely and without restriction. We set our price. You set yours. We never see your client's invoice and we have no interest in your pricing structure. Some agencies present our deliverables as part of a broader strategic offering and price accordingly. Others pass through at cost and build stickiness through the outcome. Either approach is entirely your business decision.
No refunds once engagement begins. This is custom diagnostic and strategic work tied to a specific client and competitive context. Resources are allocated at intake. The structured intake process and direct communication before engagement starts are specifically designed to prevent misalignment. If you have scope questions before committing, call 954-367-9274 before submitting the intake.
No. We do not contact agency clients. We do not market to agency clients. If a client contacts us directly — by any means — we return them to their agency. That is not a preference. It is how the business is architecturally designed and contractually enforced. Our business model only works if yours does. A conflict with your client relationship is a structural failure for us, not a revenue opportunity.
The deliverables are produced as agency-branded documents with intentional header and footer space for your agency's identity. The prototype files carry no BaseBoost branding. There is no BaseBoost watermark, footer link, or attribution anywhere in the delivered package. Your agency presents the work. The client has no reason to ask who built it, and no way to find out unless you tell them.
Yes. Non-solicitation of agency clients is addressed in the engagement terms. The legal structure reinforces what the business model already ensures: BaseBoost gains nothing from your client and risks everything by approaching them. The contractual protection exists because the alignment is real, not as a substitute for it. See the Terms page for the full language.
The deliverable is structured to be self-explanatory for a competent front-end developer. Implementation notes in the Copy Architecture and prototype package answer the structural questions before they arise. Brief clarifying questions can be directed to us through your agency contact. What we won't do is manage your developer's implementation process or communicate directly with your client's technical team.
The 48-hour window begins when the structured intake is complete and confirmed — not when the form is submitted. The intake is designed to gather everything required before the clock starts so there are no interruptions once the build is in progress. Delivery at 48 hours assumes the intake is complete, accurate, and the client's current asset is accessible. Significant gaps in intake information extend the timeline. We communicate directly if anything is missing before starting.
The client's current website or customer-facing asset. The client's industry, service area, and primary competitive context. Access to any existing brand assets, though these are not required to begin. A clear description of the structural problem your agency has identified or the performance gap you're trying to explain to the client. The intake form walks you through each element — nothing is required that isn't in the form.
